The Role: Work from Home Client Representative
As a Client Representative, you are the heart of our mission. You will be the trusted advisor connecting with families who have already expressed interest in securing their financial futures. Your primary focus is building relationships, understanding needs, and presenting tailored protection solutions—all without ever making a cold call.
This is a remote, performance-based role designed for those who crave autonomy but value support. You will operate your own “book of business” within our established system, benefiting from our brand, lead generation engine, and expert mentorship. Your success is directly tied to your effort and application, with no artificial income caps.
A Day in the Life:
- Morning (On Your Terms): Review your dashboard of warm, inbound leads—families who have requested information. Prioritize your day, attend optional team huddles or training sessions via video call.
- Core Engagement Hours: Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video. Your role is to listen, educate, and guide clients through their options. You are a problem-solver, not a pushy salesperson.
- Afternoon Development: Follow up with clients, complete necessary documentation with our admin team’s support, and participate in one-on-one coaching with your assigned mentor to refine your approach.
