  • Operate Industrial Equipment: We will train you to safely operate powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks. This is a valuable skill that enhances your capabilities and contributes to an efficient workflow.
  • Team Support: You will learn how to assist other operators in cutting cores, demonstrating the collaborative spirit that makes our team strong. No task is too small when we work together to meet our goals.

Q1: I have no experience in a factory. Should I still apply?

This schedule is necessary to keep our manufacturing process running smoothly 24/7. The specific rotation pattern will be explained during the interview process.

Q3: What does the physical exam involve?
A: The post-offer physical exam is conducted to ensure you can safely perform the essential functions of the job, which include heavy lifting, standing, and bending. It is a standard procedure for physically demanding roles and focuses on your capability and well-being.

Q4: Is there room for advancement at Clysar?
A: Yes. Clysar values internal growth. Starting as a Wrap and Pack Operator gives you a fundamental understanding of our operations, making you a prime candidate for future advancement into lead operator, technician, or other supervisory roles as opportunities arise.

Q5: What is the company culture like?
A: Our culture is built on our core values: honesty, community, customer focus, and grit. We foster a team-oriented environment where safety and quality are paramount. We work hard, but we also respect and support one another.
