Your key responsibilities will include:

  • General Ledger & Journal Entries: Post and process journal entries meticulously to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner. You will be responsible for maintaining the general ledger, the fundamental record of all financial activities.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Update accounts receivable ledgers, and be responsible for issuing invoices to clients. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that revenue is correctly recorded and tracked.
  • Accounts Payable Management: Manage accounts payable by verifying and processing vendor invoices. You will perform regular reconciliations to ensure our records match those of our suppliers, maintaining healthy business relationships.
